Drivers post trips in advance, and riders choose routes that fit their plans. Riders can then request small adjustments for door-to-door pickup or drop-off. It’s a smart way for frequent commuters to offset travel costs and for riders to enjoy affordable, comfortable travel—priced like a bus ticket, without the hassle.
Yes, City2City is safe. We conduct background checks on all drivers and ensure valid insurance coverage. Plus, you can check ratings and reviews from previous riders to learn about others' experiences before booking.
Open the City2City app and enter:
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Date and time of travel
- Number of passengers
Browse available trips posted by drivers heading your way.
Choose the trip that best matches your route:
Use the driver’s preset pickup and drop-off points, Or request small adjustments for door-to-door service
Submit your request to the driver.

Payment is required once your ride is accepted.
Ride costs vary depending on the distance and driver pricing, which you can view when booking. You’ll always see the total fare before confirming your ride. Typically the cost is about the same as a bus ticket.
